To talk about a Mental Health Emergency call Rescue at 419.255.9585.
For information about services available in Lucas County and to get linked with Mental Health and Addiction Recovery services, call the Recovery Helpline at 419.255.3125 or 211.
For same-day access to a Health Care Provider and licensed clinician and medication evaluation and management, contact Rescue’s Behavioral Health Urgent Care at 419.255.3125.
For other emergencies such as fire, crime, car crash or medical emergency, call 911.
If you are or someone you know is a victim of domestic violence call the
Battered Women’s Shelter – YWCA Crisis Hotline at 419.241.7386.
If you are or someone you know is in suicidal crisis call National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1.800.273.8255.
Complaints and Grievances
If you have concerns about your care or loved one, you can request to speak with the Client Rights Officer at 419.255.9585. If you do not feel that your concerns have been addressed adequately, you may contact The Joint Commission at 1.800.994.6610.
